In the letter, please include a picture of your booth, what product you wish to sell, the footage requirements, and whether you want indoor or outdoor concession space. Space is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
First consideration is given to 2006 vendors.

Fair Hours of Operation - Tues. Aug. 28 - 4 PM to Midnight
Wed. Aug. 29 thru Sun. Sept. 2 - Noon to Midnight
Labor Day Monday - Sept. 3 - Noon - 11 PM

Agri-Plex Building Hours - Aug. 28 - 4 to 10 PM
Aug. 29 thru Sept. 3 - Noon to 10 PM

Grandstand Building Hours - Aug. 28 - 4 to 11 PM
Aug. 29 thru Sept. 3 - Noon to 11 PM

Minimum concession space is 10' by 10'. Not included in the base rent are processing fees, city license fees, decorations, parking, and electrical connection and usage.
A Certificate of liability insurance is required.
